Before we meet, I learn how information and work move through your business. During the session we trace how inquiries arrive, where information goes, how bookings and follow-up are handled, and which steps you are repeating or holding in your memory.
You leave with a practical workflow map, written recommendations, and a prioritized next-step plan.
$750 · 2 hours plus a follow-up plan. If a Custom System Build is the right next step, the Audit fee is credited toward that work according to the agreed terms.
