We collect only the information you choose to give us:
• Contact details. Your name and email address, and optionally your
business or organization name, phone number, and website.
• Booking information. The service you select and the date and time you
book.
• Form responses. Your answers to the questions on our request form and
Client-Flow Map tool.
• Notes you provide. Anything you type into open text fields.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. If a service
requires payment, that is arranged separately and directly.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
• Confirm and manage your appointments, including creating a calendar event and
sending you an invitation.
• Respond to your requests and follow up with you.
• Send you a copy of your Client-Flow Map if you ask for one.
• Communicate with you about the services you asked about.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
for their marketing. We do not use your information for automated
decision-making or profiling.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored in a secure Google Workspace account (Google Sheets
and Google Calendar) that only we access. Emails are sent through Google's
email service. We rely on Google's security infrastructure to protect this
data.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to work with you and maintain
our business records. If you would like your information deleted, contact us
(see below) and we will remove it within a reasonable time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use standard
technical features provided by the hosting platform (Google Apps Script) that
are necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Request a correction to your information.
• Request that we delete your information.
• Opt out of any further communication.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new
effective date.
